4 Diced Potatoes, Idaho or Russett......................⅓ Cup Milk
2 Chicken Boullion Cubes....................................1 Slice Processed Swiss Cheese
3 Tbsp Butter........................................................pinch of Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pot, put potatoes with just enough water to cover. Add boullion cubes and boil until tender. Turn up the heat and cook until all but about ½ cup of water is left. Add butter and milk and cook for a few minutes until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. If the mixture is too thin, let it sit for a few minutes.
