Brussels Sprouts
Butter
Kosher salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Brussels sprouts, cut off stem, cut in half length-wise
And cut 1/4 inch into core from bottom so gets tender.
Put in boiling salty water and when boils again , boil for two minutes.
Drain and put in ice cold water till cool completely.
Preheat oven to 450º. Then dry sprouts completely. Melt about 2 tablespoons
In a skillet. BROWN butter over medium heat. Then Add Brussels sprouts and
Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then place in baking dish
And season with salt and pepper. Put in oven for 15 to 20 min.
Stir occasionally.
