3-4 pounds chicken wings
2 T. olive oil
1/2 c. coconut amino acids
2 T. ketchup
1 c. organic raw honey, melted
1/2 garlic clove, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients then add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes, or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375º. Transfer chicken to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for one hour. Half way through, flip wings and drain the pan. If you like wings caramelized and browned, broil for a few minutes at the end of cooking.
