1 ready made pie crust
5 med-large peaches
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large iron skillet. Place pie crust in the bottom of pan. Bake until golden brown at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile skin and slice peaches, add the sugar and lemon juice and mix. Pour peaches over the cooked crust. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter into a small bowl and mix until blended. Crumble this over the top of the peaches. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
