- 3 lb chuck roast
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 large can baked beans
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, beans and BBQ sauce.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours or until meat shreds easily with fork.
3. Shred. Remove fat and gristle and throw away. Mix meat back into bean sauce.

This is a great slow cooker dish. Takes a bit to shred but it's so yummy! Kids love it too. Naturally Gluten Free dish. Serve with rolls (not GF, lol!).
