4 pork chops
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
10 black pepper corns
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp coarse salt
1 cup hot water
2 cups cold water
3 Tbsp whisky
2 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops in 9 X 9 flat. Place onions and peppercorns on chops. Mix brown sugar, salt and hot water until dissolved. Add remaining ingred. Pour over chops. Brine the chops, covered 2-4 hrs. Make sure chops are completely covered. Drain, blot dry with paper towel, brush chops with oil and place on the BBQ. Only takes minutes to BBQ. AMAZING flavour!
