Bone in ham
12 potatoes, cubed
2 cups onion greens
1 cup fresh dill, chopped (1/3 cup dried)
2 cups baby spinach or sorrel, chopped
8 cups buttermilk
1 egg
2 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cover ham with water in large pot and simmer 3-4 hrs. Debone ham. Add ham, potatoes, greens, dill and spinach and simmer until potatoes are done. Mix buttermilk (can also use 8 cups milk with 8 Tbsp vinegar) with egg and flour until no lumps. Add to soup and cook but do NOT let it boil.
