1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery salt
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups diced roasted turkey breast
1/2 cup diced yellow apples
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery plus some inner leaves
1/2 cup halved red grapes
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
1 head Bibb lettuce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 red Thai bird chiles, thinly sliced

Directions:

Combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add the celery salt and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the turkey, apples, celery and celery leaves, grapes and walnuts.
