1 cup warm Milk
1 pkg Dry Yeast
¾ cup Butter, softened
2 T Sugar
6 Eggs
6 cups Flour
2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Sift flour & salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Combine dissolved yeast mix, butter, sugar, & eggs, and pour into the well. Gradually mix in flour just until not sticky. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Roll out on a floured surface to ¼" thick, and cut into squares. Let rise another 20-30 minutes. Deep fry and roll in sugar, or fill with Jelly.
