8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese (if chunk of cheese - put in freezer to chill then grate)
1 tsp dry minced onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp worcheshire sauce
¾ cup sunflower seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Put all in a plastic container and shake. It will form a ball then roll in the sunflower seeds to coat the ball.

Store in frig.
