Rump Roast or Sirloin Tip Roast

Italian Dressing Seasoning envelope
32oz beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Generously salt and peeper roast and place on rack in pan. Put in a 235º oven and bake until the internal temperature is 110º. Crank oven temperature up to 450º and cook till internal temperature of 120º is registered, remove from oven and cool and then refrigerate. When meat is completely cooled and slightly firm slice on a meat slicer or by hand as thinly as you can get it it.

Prepare au juice at any point by combining the Italian Dressing Seasoning package and the beef broth. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.

When ready to serve place the sliced meat into the au juice pan briefly, just to warm meat , not cook it. Place warmed beef on bun and serve.
