2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
3/4 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
A PINCH OF SALT
1 12 OZ BAG CHOCOLATE CHIPS... (I USE CHOCOLATE AND BUTTERSCOTCH)
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 3.5 OZ BOX OF PUDDING. (I USE VANILLA OR BUTTERSCOTCH)
1 CUP BUTTER
1/4 CUP WHITE SUGAR

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

IN A LARGE BOWL MIX; BUTTER, BOTH SUGARS, PUDDING, EGGS, & VANILLA. MIX ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL CREAMY.

GRADUALLY ADD IN THE FLOUR AND BAKING SODA. BEATING ON LOW UNTIL COMBINED. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

DROP BATTER ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 8-10 MINUTS. THEY MAY NOT SEEM FULLY BAKED, BUT THEY ARE... DO NOT OVER BAKE

*I USUALLY DOUBLE THIS RECIPE. SO I USE 1 BAG CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND 1 BAG BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS.

SINGLE BATCH MAKES ABOUT 2 DOZEN COOKIES.
