2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
3/4 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
2 CUPS SUGAR
3 EGGS
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
1 1/2 CUPS BUTTERMILK

ICING
1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
3.5 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR

PRE HEAT OVEN TO 275 AND GREASE AND FLOUR 9X13 PAN.

MASH BANANAS AND MIX WITH LEMON JUICE AND SET ASIDE.

IN A MEDIUM BOWL MIX; FLOUR, BAKING SODA, & SALT; SET ASIDE

IN A LARGE BOWL CREAM BUTTER & SUGAR, BEAT EGGS IN ONE AT A TIME. STIR IN VANILLA, BEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE ALTERNATING WITH BUTTERMILK. STIR IN BANANAS.

POUR INTO PAN AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES.

IMMEDIATELY PUT IN FREEZER TO COOL FOR 45 MINUTES.. DO NOT COVER

ICING:
CREAM BUTTER & CREAM CHEESE. BEAT IN VANILLA AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH.
