16 OZ CHEESE WHIZ
1 1/2 CUP CUBED POTATOES
20 OZ FROZEN PEAS
2 STALK CELERY DICED
1 DICED ONION
1/2 LB BUTTER
1 CUPS FLOUR
12 CHICKEN BULLION CUBES

*I ALSO ADD SOME CHOPPED BROCCOLI

COVER ALL VEGETABLES WITH WATER AND BOIL UNTIL DONE. IN ANOTHER PAN BOIL 2 QUARTS WATER & BULLION. STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. IN A SEPARATE PAN; MELT BUTTER AND ADD 1 CUP FLOUR AND STIR TOGETHER. WHISK INTO BROTH STIR UNTIL LUMPS ARE GONE. MELT CHEESE IN MICROWAVE AND POUR INTO CREAMY BROTH. STIR AND ADD IN VEGETABLES AND STIR. SERVE.
