1/4 CUP SUGAR
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

1 16 OZ CAN WHITE WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 16 OZ CAN YELLOW WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 14 OZ CAN BLACK BEANS
1 2 OZ JAR CHOPPED PIMENTO
1/2 LARGE GREEN BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
1/2 LARGE PURPLE ONION CHOPPED
1 CAN PETIT DICED TOMATOES
1 AVOCADO CHOPPED.

COMBINE VINEGAR, LIME JUICE, SUGAR, SALT & PEPPER AND MIX UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.

DRAIN ALL CANS, COMBINED CANNED ITEMS AND CHOPPED ITEMS. MIX GENTLY AND ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS

SERVE AS A SALAD OR WITH TORTILLA CHIPS
