1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 lbs Ground Chuck
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix thoroughly 1/4 cup of the soup, ground chuck, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
Shape firmly into 6 oval patties
Place in 10" Teflon skillet over high heat
Fry until brown on both sides
Spoon off fat
Stir in remaining soup and water
Reduce heat to low and cover
Simmer 20 minutes or until done
Stir occasionally

Goes good with Mashed potatoes!
