2 C sugar
2 C brown sugar
2 C oil
4 eggs
4 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ salt
4 C cornflakes
1½ C oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside
In very large bowl (dishpan size) cream oil, sugars, eggs until creamy. Add sifted ingredients mix well, add oatmeal and cornflakes mix well. Dough will be greasy. Add anything you like to the dough chips, candy, coconut, nuts etc.
Drop by teaspoon on UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes

Verian was our neighbor and this was a big hit, we would divide the dough and make multiple flavors by adding in different chips/nuts etc.
