½ C butter or margarine
½ C oil
1¾ C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ C sour cream
2½ C flour
4 TBSP cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
2 C finely diced zucchini (not shredded)
½ C chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together all flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves set aside.
In large bowl cream butter, sugar and eggs add vanilla and milk beat well with electric mixer and slowly add sifted ingredients beat well with mixer. Stir in Zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan, top with chocolate chips and bake at 325º for 50 minutes. Test with toothpick to check if done. DO NOT UNDER BAKE

Cake freezes well.
