2 # blocks of Velveeta cheese /or part American or sharp cheddar
1 # pork sausage
2 - 10 oz. cans original Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1- 4 oz. can diced green chilies or diced jalapenos.

Large bag tortilla chips

OPT.1: 15 oz. can Hormel chili, 1/2 cup fried onion, 1/2 cup fried green peppers, jarred salsa instead of or added to Rotel and chilies.
OPT 2: 1 # Velveeta, 1 can chili without beans, 1 # pork sausage

NOTE: Fresh fried tortilla chips are WAY BETTER!

Fry pork sausage and drain well. Melt cheeses with Rotel and chilies in large microwave safe dish - stirring often until melted. Add sausage and pour into a crock pot to keep hot for serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
You may melt cheeses in crock pot on low and let it slowly melt- but takes quite a while.
