6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 Tbsp butter
2-3 shallots, peeled and sliced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb bay scallops
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 C sherry, divided
4 Tbsp flour
1 3/4 C milk or half and half, room temperature
1/2 lb cooked crab meat
2 C grated Swiss cheese
1 C panko bread crumbs
1/2 C parsley, minced
6 C cooked pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Cook bacon in a soup pot over medium-high heat until crispy.
Remove bacon, crumble it, and set aside.
Remove all but 2 Tbsp of drippings from pan.
Add butter.
Once butter is melted and sizzling, add shallots and sauté 2-3 minutes.
Add shrimp and scallops.
Cook 3-4 minutes, being careful not to over cook.
Remove shrimp and scallops.
Add salt, pepper, and 1/4 C sherry to pan.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Whisk flour into remaining sherry.
Stir milk into simmering liquid.
Once warm, whisk in the flour and sherry mixture.
Continue stirring until it thickens (several minutes).
Return scallops and shrimp to bisque.
Heat 1 minute.
Place cooked pasta in large baking dish.
Spoon bisque over pasta.
Sprinkle crab, cheese and bread crumbs on top.
Place in oven on middle rack and broil 4-5 minutes to melt cheese and brown crumbs.
Garnish with parsley and bacon.
