3 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped parsley
½ c grated cheddar cheese
⅓ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
14½ oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. vegetable oil
1 T. salt
½ tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. Ac'cent
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix rice, parsley, cheese, onion, green pepper, garlic in greased 2 quart casserole. Blend rest of ingredients. Mix into rice. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º about 45 minutes or until like a soft custard.
