1-1½ lbs. broccoli
1 T. sesame seeds
1 T. oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1½ T. light soy sauce
2 T. finely chopped scallions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel stems of broccoli, separate into florets.
2. Blanch broccoli 4-5 minutes, drain, pat dry.
3. Toast the sesame seeds until golden.
4. Combine sauce ingredients in a large bowl, add broccoli and mix to coat.
5. This is good made 24 hours ahead.

Serve cold.
