1 pkg flour tortilla
1 pkg frozen spinach
1 16oz sour cream
1 can waterchestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw out frozen spinach. Drain, press the liquid out of the spinach. Chop spinach fine. Mix sour cream and spinach together. Chop the water chestnuts. Add them to the mix. Spread the mix on the flour tortilla and roll them up then cut them up to little bite-sized pieces. You can secure them with toothpicks to make it decorative.
