Meatballs:
3 lbs. ground beef
1½ c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs
½ c. minced onion
2 T. Chopped parsley
1 c. milk, scalded
Salt and pepper to taste.


Sauce:
¾ c. ketchup
½ c. water
¼ c. cider vinegar
¼ tsp. pepper
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. chopped onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6-10 drops of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, parsley, milk, salt, and pepper well and form into small, firm balls. Bake on cookie sheets in a 350º oven for 15 minutes. Drain well.

To make the sauce heat the ketchup, water, vinegar, pepper, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, and hot sauce. Add the meatballs. Transfer to a chafing dish and serve.

Makes 150 meatballs.
