1 quart vodka
1 vanilla bean
1 2 oz. jar coffee - instant, fine grain
4 C sugar
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and sugar - don't boil.
Add coffee - mix and cool.
Add vodka and mix.
Add vanilla bean to jar with mixture.
Let sit covered for 3 weeks.
Shake occasionally.
To serve: Mix 1 shot Kahlua, 1/2 C half & half, add ice, and serve.
