1 cup Milk
1 cup Half & Half, or Heavy Cream
¼ cup Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla
1 cup Rock Salt
1 Gallon Zip Lock Freezer Bag
1 Quart Zip Lock Freezer Bag
¾ cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, cream, sugar, & vanilla in quart bag & seal. Tape edge to secure seal. Place qt bag inside gallon bag. Pack crushed ice around qt bag and add rock salt and ¾ cup water. Tightly seal bag, again using tape. While wearing gloves, toss the bag vigorously until you see the ice cream is frozen. Open outer bag & discard ice/salt mix. Quickly rinse inner bag and serve.
