3 pecan halves
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup drained mandarin oranges
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
2 T. fat free vinaigrette dressing

Chop pecans. In bowl combine baby spinach leaves, orange sections, cucumber, and pecans. Add dressing; toss.
