1 14 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
2 T. fresh lemon juice
5 T. tahini
5 T. water
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt, black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chickpeas, garlic, cumin, Tabasco, lemon juice, tahini, water, and sour cream in a blender or food processor; pulse until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled with warmed pitas. Make up to 3 days in advance.
