1 QUART FRESH PEACHES (YOU CAN USED THE CANNED ONES, BUT DRAIN THE JUICE)
3/4 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
PINCH OF SALT
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 EGG
3 TABLESPOONS MILK
1/4-1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
1/2 TEASPOON APPLE PIE SEASONING.

MIX PEACHES AND 1/2 CUP (FOR FRESH PEACHES, IF CANNED, USE 1/4 CUP) SUGAR IN BOWL. THEN POUR INTO A SQUARE BAKING DISH. MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT, & APPLE PIE SEASONING. CUT IN BUTTER. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, BEAT EGG, AND 1/2 CUP SUGAR TOGETHER. STIR IN MILK AND VANILLA. DROP SPOONFULS ONTO THE PEACHES. BAKE AT 375 FOR 45 MINUTES. DO NOT COVER
