1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG

2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK

2 EGGS

1 CUP RIPE BANANAS

CREAM TOGETHER SUGAR, BUTTER, AND NUTMEG

COMBINE: FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT, & BUTTERMILK.

ADD 2 EGGS, ONE AT A TIME

STIR IN 1 CUP SMASHED RIPE BANANAS


PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A 9x13 BAKING PAN, POUR IN BATTER AND COOK FOR 30-35 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE IN CENTER. COOL. THEN FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.
