1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C honey
1/4 C prepared mustard
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp curry powder
4-6 chicken breasts cut up
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, honey, mustard, and salt and curry in a bowl; mix well. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to dish and coat with honey mixture. Bake covered at 350º for approx. 1 hrs. Uncover dish and turn chicken and bake for 15 min.
