3 LARGE ONIONS
3 LARGE BELL PEPPERS
6 SMALL JALAPENO PEPPERS
2 1/2 CUPS WHITE VINEGAR.
2 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
1 OZ MUSARD SEED

CHOP ALL VEGETABLES SPRINKLE WITH 1/4 CUP SALT
LET STAND FOR 3 OR 4 HOURS
DRAIN IN COLLANDER OVERNIGHT

MIX VINEGAR, SUGAR AND SEED
LET STAND OVERNIGHT
COMBINE VEGETABLES & LIQUID MIXTURE
PUT IN CONTAINERS & REFRIGERATE

(WILL KEEP UP TO 1 YEAR)
