5 RIPE BANANA'S
1 LARGE HI-C ORANGE JUICE
1 SMALL CAN FROZEN LEMONADE.
2 CUPS CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
2 CUPS WATER
3 CUPS SUGAR

BOIL 2 CUPS WATER AND 3 CUPS SUGAR UNTIL SUGAR IS DISSOLVED. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER & FREEZE. STIR MIXTURE OCCASIONALLY AS IT FREEZES. FILL GLASSED 2/3 FULL AND ADD SPRITE OR 7-UP

This recipe is my Great-Grandmother's, Gladys Sparks Bennett, she is my Grandma Jane's mother. This is delicious! and a great snack for the kids in summer and to serve at parties.
