CUT OFF THE TOPS OF 6 MEDIUM BELL PEPPERS; REMOVE SEEDS & MEMBRANE (THE WHITEISH STUFF) PRECOOK THE PEPPERS CUPS IN BOILING WATER FOR ABOUT 5 MIN AND DRAIN. SPRINKLE INSIDE OF PEPPER CUP WITH SALT.

COOK 1 LB GROUND BEEF AND 1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION TILL MEAT IS LIGHTLY BROWNED. SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, & GARLIC SALT. ADD 1 CAN PETIT DICED TOMATOES, 1/2 CUP WATER, 1/2 CUP UNCOOKED LONG GRAIN RICE AND 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS TENDER (ABOUT 15 MINUTES) STIR IN 1 CUP SHARP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE.

STUFF PEPPERS AND STAND UPRIGHT IN A BAKING DISH AND BAKE ON 350 FOR 20 - 24 MIN.
