8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 C. Margarine
2 C. Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
1-1/2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
2 tsp. Vanilla
1-1/2 C. Pecans, chopped

Optional: Sprinkle the top of each Tassie with Powdered Sugar.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing until well blended. Add flour and mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled. Divide dough into quarters, divide each quarter into 12 balls and press each ball onto the bottom and sides of a miniature muffin pan. Combine eggs, brown sugar and vanilla and stir in pecans. Spoon into pastry shells, filling each cup. Bake for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Cool five minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
