1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 small box of instant pistachio pudding(approx 1/3 cup)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer, combine cake mix, pistachio pudding powder, eggs, and oil until just blended.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and place on parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake in a 350º oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until edges start to become golden in color.
