COOKIES
1/2 bag of almonds, toasted
3 cups sugar
8 cups flour
2 heaping TSP baking powder
1 heaping TSP cinnamon
1/2 TSP ground cloves
1 bag chocolate chips
2 TSP lemon extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup strong perked coffee

FROSTING
1 box of powdered sugar
2 envelopes of cocoa bake (or 3 TBLS cocoa powder mixed with 1 TBLS shortening)
water as needed

For cookies:
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl; mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl. Mix both together well. Drop on cookie sheets and bake at 400º for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely.

For frosting:
Mix the powdered sugar with the cocoa bake. Add water to desired frosting consistency. Cover entire cookie with frosting and let dry.
