1 lb Ground Beef, browned
1 Jar Mushrooms, drained
1/4 C. Onion, chopped
4 to 5 C. Spaghetti Sauce
8 Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
24 oz. Cottage Cheese
1 Egg
4 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and mushrooms drain off the fat. Take meat mixture and sauce set to the side for layering. Mix egg in cottage cheese with 3 cups of the mozzarella cheese. In your crock-pot layer 1/3 of meat mixture, 4 uncooked noodles broken to cover meat mixture. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over noodles. Repeat layers one more time. Cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low. Remove lid and place the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top and replace lid for 15 to 20 minutes until melted. Serve with garlic bread or bread sticks.
