3/4 C. Butter, softened
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Ginger
2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 T. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 340°.
Cream the butter, then add sugar and eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with molasses and mix well. Chill dough. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for approximately 12 minutes.
