Crust:
1 Stick Butter or Margarine, melted
1 C. Chopped Pecans
1 C. Flour

First Layer:
1-1/3 C. Cool Whip
1 C. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

Second Layer:
1 Pkg. Lg. Instant Vanilla Pudding, mixed as directed (need 3 c. milk)
1 Pkg. Lg. Instant Chocolate Pudding, mixed as directed (need 3 c. milk)

Topping:
8 oz. Cool Whip (plus remaining Cool Whip from above)
Hershey Chocolate Bar, frozen and grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°.

Crust:
Mix all ingredients together and press in ungreased 9” x 13” pan. Bake 20 minutes till light brown. Let cool completely.

First Layer:
Mix all ingredients together and drop over cooled crust. Spread on ightly so as not to tear tender crust.

Second Layer:
Mix each box of pudding as directed on the box. Add the vanilla pudding on top of the first (cream cheese) layer, then add the chocolate pudding over the vanilla pudding.

Topping:
Gently cover the chocolate pudding with Cool Whip and grate frozen Hershey all over top.
