1 cup raisins
1 ½ water
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup almond paste, cubed
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2. tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring raisins and water to a boil for about 4 minutes. Then add 1 heaping T. butter.
Mix egg, sugar, flour, baking soda and powder, and salt together. Fold almond paste into dry ingredients and add raisins. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
