2 lb. boneless chicken breasts; cut into lengthwise strips
2 ½ C. corn cereal, bread crumbs or panko
¼ C. Parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅓ C. milk
¼ C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. powdered ranch seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1) Crush (grind) cereal into coarse crumbs.
2) Mix together cereal, bread crumbs or Panko with cheese
- and garlic powder.
3) Place on plate.
4) Combine milk, mayonnaise and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
5) Dip chicken in milk mixture. Roll in the cereal (bread) mixture.
6) Place chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
7) Bake @ 350º for 15 minutes.


NOTE: To Freeze, place entire cookie sheet in freezer until strips are frozen. Take strips off cookie sheet and place into Ziploc bag and freeze.Take desired amount of strips out of bag and heat in oven @ 325º or in microwave.
