2 C. boned cooked chicken
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
½ C. chicken broth
1 C. chopped onion
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
½ tsp. ground cumin
3 C. cooked rice (1 C. long grain rice dry)
1 C. sour cream
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese

1 ½ C. crushed corn tortilla chips (unsalted)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Shred chicke.
2) Combine tomato sauce, broth, onion, green chilies and cumin.
3) Simmer over low heat about 10 minutes.
4) Mix rice and sour cream. Spoon into (1) 9x13 in. casserole pan.
5) Sprinkle rice mixture with ½ C. cheese.
6) Add chicken to sauce mixture. Pour over shredded cheese.
7) Top with remaining cheese.
8) Sprinkle with tortilla chips right before you cook.
9) Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes.
