2 or 3 Medium Sized Irish Potatoes, Peeled and Cut Up
1 C Onion
1 C Chopped Celery
1 (7 or 8 oz) Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 C Evaporated Milk, Undiluted
1 Tbsp Flour
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Cook chopped potatoes, onions, celery, and chopped broccoli until soft and tender, barely covering vegetables with water. Put into a blender and blend. Pour into a heavy saucepan, add milk and make a paste of 1 tablespoon of flour and 2 tablespoons of milk. Heat slowly, but do not boil.
