Filling:
4 cups fresh sliced peaches
1 sugar - divided
1 egg
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Topping:
⅓ cup sugar
¼ cup butter
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Crust:
Use regular pie crust and prebake for 10 minutes.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches into bowl. Sprinkle with ¼ cup sugar. Let stand.

Combine ¾ cup sugar, flour, egg, salt, and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Mix and then stir into peaches. Pour in partially prebaked crust. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325º and bake another 20 minutes.

Sprinkle topping over pie and back another 10 minutes at 400º.

Topping:
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter until crumbly.
