1 Quart of Half and Half
2 Cloves Garlic, Diced
¼ C Vidalia Onion, Chopped Fine
1 Stick Butter
1 Package of Good Seasonings Italian Dressing (Dry)
8 oz Provel Cheese
6 oz Romano Cheese
Broccoli, Steamed
Salt and White Pepper, To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is transparent. Add half and half and the dry Good Seasonings Dressing mix. Simmer to reduce and thicken. Steam broccoli, drain, set aside. Add cheeses to the sauce, simmer until melted. Add broccoli and pasta. Sometimes I add shrimp or crab instead of veggies.
