1 small red cabbage - chopped
1 medium red onion - chopped
1 bell pepper - chopped
1 cup mushrooms - sliced
10 bacon slices - cooked and chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes (28 oz)
Creole Seasoning to taste
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Saute onions and bell pepper until softened. Add cabbage and mix well. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to boil then simmer 45 minutes. Add the vinegar and mushrooms at the end for 5 minutes.
