1 cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 egg yolk -lightly beaten
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, butter and salt to boil. Add flour all at once, stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beat well. Mix until smooth and shiny. Drop by ¼ cup 3 inches apart on greased sheet.

Bake at 400º 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cut a slit in each one for filling.

Filling: Put whipping cream in mixer and beat until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and then beat until stiff. Fill the puffs. Can use pudding as filling.

Drizzle melted chocolate or caramel over top.
