2 C Chopped Cooked Chicken
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
½ C Thin Sliced Carrots
½ C Frozen Peas
10 ¾ Oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1½ C Bisquick
1 C Milk
1 Stick Melted Butted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Layer chicken, eggs, carrots, and peas in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix soup and chicken broth. Pour over layers. Stir Bisquick and milk. Pour over casserole. Drizzle melted butter over topping. Bake 30 - 40 minutes until topping is golden brown.
