1 package frozen spinach - thawed and water pressed out
1 package lasagna noodles
2 pounds Italian sausage
1 cup milk
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
Cottage cheese or Ricotta
½ teaspoon basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1½ teaspoon oregano
1 pound mozzarella cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain grease. Add all spices and spinach. Cook noodles as directed. Mix and heat milk, tomato sauce and mushroom soup.

Mix cottage cheese and grated cheese, reserving about a cup for topping.

Place noodles, meat, cheese mixture in layers in 9 x 14 baking pan. Top with noodles. Pour mushroom soup mixture over top and ensure it goes down sides.

Bake at 350º about 30 minutes until bubbling. Top with reserved mozzarella cheese.
